Our services
Aircraft cleaning & preparation
Cleaning, disinsection, disinfection and cabin dressing
A passenger judges the cleanliness of a cabin in a few seconds; it is decided in a few dozen minutes on the ground. AIC AIRPORTS carries out the interior and exterior cleaning, disinfection, disinsection and cabin preparation of your aircraft to a protocol approved beforehand, within the agreed operating window, with an inspection of the points defined at scoping and a report on handover.
Cabin dressing means putting in place, arranging and restocking the equipment, items and consumables your specifications call for on board, in the intended locations, in the intended quantities, before the aircraft is handed over. This service sits at the junction between ground preparation and the quality of service on board. AIC AIRPORTS carries out that preparation to the checklist agreed with you, and verifies that it is complete before the aircraft is handed over.

Our scope of work
The exact scope is settled at scoping. The operations below make up the field of services we deliver, subject to the approved specifications.
These services are carried out in the time available between two turnarounds, or during scheduled operations of longer duration. They shape the perception of quality on board, the presentation of the aircraft and the working comfort of your crews.
Within your organisation, these services sit at the junction between operations and quality: they are measured by your satisfaction indicators and checked by your teams at departure.
Our role is to hand the aircraft back to you in the condition set out in the specifications, at the agreed time, with the evidence of what was done.

How we work
Our arrangements are built on your constraints.
Operating windows
Work is aligned with the window actually available, communicated in the schedule or in real time as agreed. Teams are sized for that window.
Precise specifications
Cleaning and aircraft preparation follow the request approved with you. Checked item by item before handover.
One-off or recurring
The service can be contracted as a recurring programme or mobilised for a single operation.
Coordination
Our teams work in concurrent activity with your people and those of the platform. Coordination with the client's teams is defined at scoping, including where the programme slips.
Constraints taken into account:
- the actual length of the window
- access and movement in restricted areas
- concurrent activity around the aircraft
- the operator's own instructions
- noise limits and night-time curfews
- weather conditions for exterior work
Quality control
The control points are defined at scoping, with you. They are checked at the end of every job, by us alone or together with you.
Every job gives rise to a report stating:
- the date
- the window
- the operations carried out
- the points checked
- the anomalies observed
These reports are kept and made available to you at the frequency and in the format agreed in the contract. They also let your teams track the actual consumption of equipment, items and consumables and adjust allocations where necessary.
Where a discrepancy is observed, the protocol provides for the points concerned to be redone and the cause analysed with your teams.
The benefits
What you gain from it.
